ICTS Training aims to provide relevant, practical computer training courses to help UCT staff and postgraduate students learn to use the most commonly applied ICTS supported software. Instructor-led courses are practical, hands-on sessions while customised training courses can be developed according to the specific training needs of a department. There is also a range of online self-training resources, including LinkedIn Learning, available to you.
The UCT SAP SuccessFactors Learning allows permanent UCT staff and third parties (T1 and T2) to find, book, and manage their learning development activities. This system, which is currently only available to permanent UCT staff members, contains training courses offered by UCT’s various learning hubs, course schedules, and an online registration portal. Find out more at http://www.hr.uct.ac.za/hr/announcement/successfactorslms.
Contract staff can continue to book training requests at http://icstsapps.uct.ac.za/cbs.
