Save money by returning unused Polycom phones

Do you have unused Polycom phones sitting around your office? If so, your department still incurs a monthly bill for these phones with active extensions – so you could save a lot of money by returning the phones to ICTS.

How do I return the phones?

  1. Confirm that the phone in question has a working extension, and confirm with your colleagues that nobody is using the phone.
  2. Make a note of the phone’s UCT extension number, or its serial number (located above the barcode on the back of the phone).
  3. Log a call with the IT Helpdesk asking for the phone(s) to be collected, and its monthly rental to be removed from your department’s bill. Please include the phone’s exact location, along with its extension number or serial number.

Unused phones without extensions

If there are unused phones in your office but the phones don’t have active extensions, please return these to ICTS by logging a call with the IT Helpdesk. Please include the exact location of the phone, along with its serial number.
