7 days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. This does not include vacation times. During vac, operating hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Our online support team will provide you with first level support (basic troubleshooting) and will escalate any issues requiring more specialised attention to second and third level support. Calls that are escalated to second and third level teams will be actioned during office hours.
