Browser problems with access to NetStorage and other systems

ICTS is aware of an issue affecting browser access to certain UCT systems. In the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Opera, and other Chromium-based web browsers, when trying to access the systems, you receive a warning about the security settings of the page you are trying to reach.

The affected systems are:

  1. NetStorage
  2. iManager
  3. Mailman

What should I do?

We recommend that you use the Internet Explorer browser to access these services.

Alternatively, you can choose to ignore the warnings on the abovementioned browsers and proceed to the page you are trying to access, as these are secure websites and do not pose a security risk.
