RightFax support
Support for RightFax is available in one of two ways:
Use the Helpdesk Knowledge Tree
Once you have accessed the
Helpdesk Knowledge Tree, you can either use the Search function, or
access the
RightFAX node.
To use the Search function:
- On the
Helpdesk Knowledge Tree, select
Search the whole knowledge base for
specific keyword(s).
- The Search box is displayed.
- Type "RightFax" in the Search box;
- Click Go.
- The search results, containing answers to previous RightFax
queries, is displayed.
To access the RightFAX node:
- On the
Helpdesk Knowledge Tree, select
View the FLS Tree Index.
- The UCT IT Helpdesk Knowledge base is displayed, with various
Topics listed on the left hand side.
- Scroll down, and select the Software How to topic.
- The Software How to screen is displayed, with various Topics
listed on the left hand side.
- Select the RightFAX topic;
- The RightFAX node is displayed, with various RightFax-related
Topics listed on the left hand side;
- Select the topic that corresponds to your query;
- If you do not find the answer to your query in the topics listed,
log a call with the IT Helpdesk.
