Send emails from the icts-announce-l mailing list

The list is a one-way announcement list and a limited number of people in ICTS and other service departments have rights to post to the list. This includes some automated systems.  ICTS staff, especially the Call Assignor and Communications team, should ensure that they keep the list informed by posting any relevant information.

If a problem affects a number of people on campus, the service owner must inform the Communications team so that a notice can be posted to icts-announce-l. Send an email to the ICTS Communications team at icts-feedback@uct.ac.za. Once the problem has been resolved, another message must be sent to the list.

If you are not allowed to post to the list, and notice a problem, please log a call with the IT Helpdesk.
