You can install the software anywhere and at any time.

 

Where can I save my data?

You can save your files on One Drive for business.

 

Can I share files with colleagues?

Yes, by using OneDrive for business. Navigate to the Office 365 portal and click OneDrive (under the Collaborate with Office Online section).

Additionally, as of February 2019, OneNote is no longer included in the Office 2019 and Office 365 suites. You will therefore need to download and install it directly from the Microsoft website. ICTS does not provide support for OneNote. You may install this application on your various devices, but you do so at your own risk.
