Trouble signing in to UCT services?

After an ICTS scheduled maintenance slot, you may sometimes experience trouble signing in to UCT services via Single Sign-On.

If this is the case, you can resolve the issue by opening your web browser and clearing your browsing data. We recommend clearing the data for at least the last 7 days.

Follow these instructions to clear this data on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and other popular browsers.
