Facilities to control access and usage on a telephone line

Prerequisites

To help ICTS service your request effectively, please ensure that you comply with the following prerequisites:

  • Fulfil the fundamental customer responsibilities.
  • Provide correct details in the logged call.
  • Provide authorisation from the fund holder.
  • Ensure that you have a telephone line connected to the UCT telephony infrastructure.
