- Fulfil the fundamental customer responsibilities.
- If you’re in residence (SH & RL department, or a residence student), abide by your responsibilities as listed in the ResNet roles and responsibilities document.
The UCT network from the central data centre to the connection point (building switch) in a UCT residence is available 98% of the time 24 hours a day, 7 days a week excluding official monthly maintenance windows.
